New Digital ECG Machine
Services at a doctor’s surgery in Woodhall Spa have been boosted after patients and friends raised around £2,000 to buy a vital piece of equipment.
The Tasburgh Lodge Surgery, in Victoria Lane, now has its own digital electrocardiogram (ECG) machine. The machine is fully integrated with the surgery’s software and records an accurate image of a patient’s heartbeat which can be compared with previous results and re-produced at hospital if needed.

We are delighted to announce that Dr Amer and Dr Waddoups will be joining Drs Ko, Mathew, Henderson and Jackie, our practice manager as partners of the surgery from the 1st of January 2016.

Patient Representative Group Action Plan
Our Patient Representative Group (PRG) was formed in August 2013. The purpose of the PRG is to enable patients to become more involved in their care by putting the user at the heart of the service. The PRG allow patients to work together with their doctors to improve services, promote health and enhance quality of care.

My Health Lincolnshire Web App
Lincolnshire East Clinical Commissioning Group has recently launched a new mobile web app called 'My Health Lincolnshire' to help patients engage with their personal healthcare and promote digital health tools.
'My Health Lincolnshire' is an interactive app that is designed to promote self-care advice for minor illnesses. It also provides information regarding local health services wherever you are, straight to your phone or computer.
New Appointment System
Improving patient access to primary care will always be a challenge to those working in General Practice, be that meeting NHS targets, patient expectations or just trying to give a good honest service. It is a balancing act we all juggle with on a daily basis.
We have listened to your feedback over the past 12 months and we will be introducing a new appointment system from the 3rd of November 2014 in order to improve access to our services. The new appointment system we will be introducing is called Dr First. Click here for more details.
